IT Park Ventures Supports the Launch of Plug and Play Tech Center Uzbekistan’s Batch 4 Acceleration Program, Showcasing Investment Opportunities

On February 26, 2025, the Batch 4 acceleration program by Plug and Play Tech Center officially commenced in Tashkent, implemented in partnership with IT Park Uzbekistan and supported by the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan. Following a rigorous selection process, 15 promising startups—primarily focused on Fintech, Enterprise, and AI—have been chosen to participate in an intensive 12-week program aimed at scaling their businesses and expanding into international markets.

 

This event not only marked the beginning of a new cohort but also provided a vital platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and discussions on the future of innovation-driven entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan and beyond.

 

During the program’s launch, Zaynab Atabaeva, Investment Manager at IT Park Ventures, delivered a keynote speech on investment opportunities for startups. She emphasized IT Park Ventures’ role in empowering high-growth startups, detailing funding options and strategies for securing financial support. Her insights underscored the fund’s dedication to nurturing promising startups and strengthening Uzbekistan’s position in the global innovation ecosystem.

 

In addition, Anastasiya Filippova, Head of the Startup, Venture Investment, and Local IT Services Development Department at IT Park Uzbekistan, and Durdona Alimardonova, Project Manager of the Startup Ecosystem at IT Park Uzbekistan, provided an overview of Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem. They introduced key initiatives designed to support early-stage startups, including acceleration programs and resources that help them scale globally.

This cycle’s 15 selected startups were chosen from over 50 applications. Throughout the program, teams will receive mentorship, learn scaling strategies, and prepare for the Plug and Play Uzbekistan Summit, scheduled for May 15, 2025, in Tashkent.

• Jett – a logistics and delivery service leveraging AI algorithms for route optimization.
• 4Rize – a fintech startup developing innovative mobile payment solutions.
• pDaftar – a cloud-based accounting and financial planning system for SMEs.
• Trust ID – a blockchain platform for secure identity and document verification.
• MilliyPay – a national payment system integrating various banking services.
• Bito – an AI-driven solution for personalized customer service in retail.
• Robosell – an automated platform for online sales and marketing campaign management.
• Cradle AI – an intelligent data analytics system for financial institutions.
• Neural Payments – an AI solution optimizing payment processes and fraud prevention.
• Payzor – a digital wallet platform enabling P2P transfers and international payments.
• AIsha AI – an AI-based business consultant assisting with customer support automation and analytics.
