Established on December 7, 2024, IT Park Ventures officially launched its operations by conducting initial meetings with startup founders and teams who had submitted applications for investment through the fund’s official website starting from January 13, 2025. During the meetings, startups delivered their presentations, shared innovative ideas and explored opportunities for collaboration.

Azamat Karamatov emphasized the rapid evolution of Uzbekistan's startup ecosystem, noting that many projects are poised to make a significant impact on the national economy, while their solutions are capable of considerably transforming the the region's technological landscape. Particular emphasis is placed on startups that drive digital transformation, enhance productivity, and improve quality of life.

 

The meetings featured startups offering groundbreaking solutions across various sectors:

 

Osnova — A platform designed to support young professionals in career development, offering career guidance, skills training, networking with companies, and fostering professional communities.

 

Tilmoch — An innovative AI- driven translation service on the Tahrirchi platform, and the winner of the President Tech Award. It leverages a dataset of over 20 million sentences for translations between Uzbek, Russian, English, and Karakalpak languages, delivering accurate translations with synonyms and alternative options.

 

Cradle — Computer vision solutions for employee and customer attendance analytics using IP cameras. It offers both cloud-based and on-premises options, along with customer experience improvement recommendations. Future plans include AIOT device development.

 

Azma Finance — An online accounting platform for small businesses, automating contract creation, counterparty verification, and financial consultations via chatbot, simplifying financial management.

 

Plovme — A "Dark Kitchen" IT platform specializing in pilaf delivery, combining advanced technology with culinary traditions to create a unique service for enthusiasts of Uzbek cuisine.

 

Tass Vision — A computer vision and AI startup delivering solutions for customer counting, age and gender classification, and in-store analytics using embedded devices and AI cameras.

 

IZZY — An electric scooter-sharing service in Tashkent, ensuring safety through speed limits, regular maintenance, and user training, offering an eco-friendly and convenient urban transportation option.   

 

Dimart — A mobile application tailored for small retailers, facilitating inventory management, sales tracking while offering analytics and tools for online sales through e-stores, Telegram bots, and social media platforms.

 

RoboPul — An AI-powered mobile app for vehicle appraisal and securing online loans against vehicles, with a launch slated for 2025.

 

MedHelp — A service bot for booking at-home medical care, including check-ups, injections, IV treatments, and massages. It empowers healthcare professionals and provides accessible medical services.

 

Geo e-com — A geolocation-based e-commerce platform combining the features of a classifieds board and a marketplace, helping users find products, services, and leisure activities nearby. Monetisation through subscriptions, advertising and commissions.

 

The fund also engaged with well-established startups such as Geomotive and Push30, discussing their ongoing projects, achievements, and future growth strategies.
